US Hazmat Storage, LLC (“US Hazmat Storage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a US-based manufacturer focused on US customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a form, call us, or otherwise inquire about our products.

1. Who this covers
We primarily serve business customers (B2B). This policy applies to website visitors, prospective customers, customer contacts, advertising leads (including LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms), callers, and chat users. California’s Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) and California consumer privacy laws can apply to B2B contacts and website visitors in California.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on your cookie choice, this may include IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, referring URLs, click IDs (such as gclid, fbclid, msclkid, li_fat_id), form-field contents sent to a CRM, call-tracking numbers, and chat transcripts.
C. Calls and messages
If you call a number on this site, CallRail may replace the displayed number for attribution after you accept tracking. If a call is recorded, you will hear a notice on the call. SMS is sent only if you check the optional text-message box on a form (or reply to confirm).
3. Cookies and your choices (consent gate)
Non-essential cookies and third-party tracking do not run until you select Accept all or save those categories under Manage options. Essential tools still let you use the site, submit quote/contact forms, and call us. You can change your mind anytime via Your privacy choices in the footer.
We store your choice in a first-party cookie named ushaz_consent for up to 180 days. Landing-page click IDs and UTM parameters are held in first-party session storage until you opt in to support/experience or marketing, so ad attribution can still be applied after opt-in.
Essential (always on): WordPress, security, reCAPTCHA for spam control on forms, Campaign Monitor’s newsletter form helper, video players you click, and first-party form processing.
Customized support and experience (optional): Google Analytics, CallRail number swapping, HubSpot tracking/chat/collected forms, Apollo visitor identification, and Cloudflare Web Analytics when present.
Marketing (optional): Google Tag Manager ads tags (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel, Bing UET when published), HubSpot ads pixel, OptinMonster, Unbounce embeds, HandL UTM Grabber cookies, and LeadConnector widgets if embedded.
Google Tag Manager (GTM-TR47CZH) loads only if you enable support/experience and/or marketing. We set Google Consent Mode so analytics storage follows the experience choice and ads storage follows the marketing choice.
Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, CallRail, Apollo, and similar vendors may set their own cookies. We do not control those cookies once you opt in.

5. How we share information
We share information with service providers that process it for us (hosting/Cloudflare/DreamHost, HubSpot, LeadConnector if used, email/SMS vendors, CallRail, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Meta, Apollo, OptinMonster, Unbounce, Campaign Monitor, and similar processors). We do not sell lead lists to unaffiliated companies for their own marketing.
If you accept marketing cookies, California law may treat some sharing with advertising platforms as a “sale” or “share” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can refuse that by leaving Marketing off in Manage options, or by using Your privacy choices.
6. SMS
SMS is optional. Checking the text-message box (and not merely submitting a phone number) is the consent we rely on. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their marketing. Carriers and the SMS vendor process messages to deliver them.
7. California (CIPA, CCPA/CPRA)
We do not intercept website communications for analytics, ads, chat, or call tracking until you opt in. Form submits to us are requests you send so we can reply. After you accept, third parties listed above may receive device data, click IDs, and (for HubSpot collected forms and similar tools) fields you type into forms that are not marked to skip collection.
California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, and may opt out of sale/share via Manage options / Your privacy choices. Use the contact form or call 877-959-0747. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out of sale/share where the browser sends that signal (treated as Essential only for advertising cookies).
8. Retention and security
We keep lead and customer records as long as needed for the sales relationship, legal, and accounting purposes, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
9. Third-party sites
Links to LinkedIn, the storage planner at ushazmat.app, and other sites are governed by those sites’ policies. ushazmat.app is a separate property with its own tags; accept tracking there separately if prompted.
10. Changes
We will update the effective date when this policy changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Cookie choices already stored are not changed until you use Your privacy choices.
