Engineered from quality American steel and heavy duty fire-resistant components, we are confident that our chemical storage buildings will meet or exceed standards set forth by OSHA, EPA, NFPA, as well as local authorities having jurisdiction.

Depending on application, our fire-rated storage lockers are ideal in both indoor and outdoor settings, as separate detached structures. Fire-rated structures that are comprised of interior and exterior steel sheeting are equipped with fire suppression systems to meet requirements of Class I, II and III flammable/combustible liquids or hazardous materials and wastes.

Consult your local authority having jurisdiction to determine if building permit is necessary while using a US Hazmat Storage building. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all needed approvals are obtained and that the installations of these buildings are in accordance with the local codes and regulations.

Building design, intended use, location and application are under the direct purview of the local authority having jurisdiction. Local authorities therefore have final responsibility on this matter. This also includes installation procedure, footings and tie-downs compliance.
