Put the rating where the process needs it, with doors and aisles that match traffic.

The building

2-hour fire-rated storage building

Every building is designed around how you handle the load and what the site requires. Small-container shelving, 55-gal drums, palletized material, or totes — then fire-rated walls, climate control, and fire suppression if you need them. Secondary spill containment is in every building.

Questions about this building

When should I ask for 4-hour instead of 2-hour?

Use 4-hour when the material, the AHJ, or the insurer requires a 4-hour wall. If you are unsure, say so in the quote and we will ask the right follow-up.

Is a 2-hour locker different from a 2-hour building?

Yes. Say whether you need the larger building or a locker, and the inventory that has to fit.

Can you engineer the layout around our process?

Yes. Layout follows your handling path, and we specify UL listed components and Class I, II, or III classified-area storage when the occupancy requires it. Send the chemical list, container count, and site constraints. We return drawings and a purchase quote. Call 877-959-0747.
